At infinity-thrones.com, operated by VAB MARKETING LIMITED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if packaging has been opened).

3. Return Process

  2. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

  3. You must ship the product back within 7 days after your return request is approved.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
